To ensure quality, freshness, and fairness to all clients, this return and refund policy outlines what to expect when placing an order for custom flower arrangements or same day flower delivery.

1. Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our flower arrangements, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in rare cases of delivery error or product damage, which are reviewed individually.

2. Address Accuracy & Rerouting Fees

Please ensure all recipient information is correct when placing your flower delivery order. Deliveries rerouted due to incorrect addresses may incur additional courier fees.

3. Flower Substitutions

Substitutions may occasionally be required due to seasonal availability. These will be made with flowers of equal or greater value. Optional upgrades at the customer’s request may result in additional charges.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

• Requests to cancel or modify orders must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
• Rush and same-day orders are not eligible for cancellation once processing begins.
• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to support@flower-delivery.net.
• Administrative or payment processing fees may apply.

5. Delivery Refusals & Missed Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery are non-refundable. If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt redelivery, which may incur additional charges.

6. Product Concerns

If your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet expectations, please contact us the same day with a description and photo at support@flower-delivery.net or call +1 (863) 303-9501. We will review each case carefully.

7. Weather and Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, natural events, or third-party shipping partners such as FedEx or UPS. No refunds will be provided for delays outside of our control.

8. Care Responsibility

We guarantee freshness at the time of delivery. Once delivered, proper care becomes the responsibility of the recipient. Flower longevity depends on storage, environment, and hydration.
