Ingredients: Fruit or berry purée prepared from fresh organic fruits or berries, pasteurized egg whites, sugar, water, agar-agar, and citric acid.

Product characteristics: Dairy-free, gelatin-free, flour-free, with no artificial colors and no artificial flavors. The natural flavor and color of the Zephyr Swirls come from real fruits and berries.

Allergen information: Contains egg. This product is prepared in a kitchen where other common food allergens may also be handled. Cross-contact cannot be completely excluded.

Important Product Information

Handcrafted variation: Each gift box is individually handcrafted. Floral shapes, colors, flavors, decorative details, and arrangement may vary slightly from the photographs while preserving the overall character and presentation of the product.

Ribbon availability: Ribbon colors, materials, and printed messages are subject to availability. When a selected style or color is unavailable, it may be replaced with a comparable luxury ribbon presentation. Please contact us before ordering if a specific ribbon is essential.

Storage and shelf life: Store the product in a tightly closed box or airtight container at room temperature. Refrigeration is not required. To help retain softness and moisture, keep the product protected from prolonged excessive heat, direct sunlight, and high humidity. Shelf life is up to 10 days when stored as directed.

Heat and transportation: Zephyr is more heat-stable than chocolate- or cream-based desserts and retains its shape under normal conditions. For best quality, however, it should not be exposed to prolonged excessive heat, direct sunlight, or high humidity during transportation or storage.

Edible and non-edible elements: All decorative elements that are part of the zephyr and intended for consumption are edible. Paper cups, ribbons, boxes, and other packaging materials are not edible.

Delivery and receipt: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring that the recipient or another authorized person is available to accept the order. After successful delivery, the recipient is responsible for following all storage and handling instructions. Product quality may be affected by unattended delivery, delayed collection, prolonged heat exposure, or improper storage.
